Many times we think that a business intelligence or dashboard design computer tool can solve all institutional problems and we do not realize that success is enabled by the adequate definition of data sources and the statement of the problem we want to solve; no matter what tool we will use, without a clear source of data and without a clear guideline regarding what we want to achieve or obtain, all efforts would be in vain. We will approach from the identification of a data source, the approach of a problem to be solved and based on this, we will design a simple control panel.

Design a dashboard in Power BI based on the background.
