Overview

“If I would have asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” Henry Ford's famous quote is one of our greatest lessons in innovation. We all talk about Customer Centricity and its importance in Building Products what Customers Love. However, we have seen many instances where we ended up giving something to our customers which was as per their needs but did not end up solving their problem. Which brings up to my topic as to Why it's not about Customer Centricity but more about Problem Centricity in today's world.
