This webinar is designed for intermediate to senior project managers who are seeking to expand upon his/her current leadership skills to not only improve project performance, but leave a project leadership legacy.
During the webinar, attendees will take a look at what is referred to as "The Project Success Formula" and explore three key concepts:
1. Key Concept: Speed & Flexibility
- Speed & Flexibility are what make Project Leadership different from all other forms of leadership
- How do I know when to be a coach, a mentor, a teacher, or other role?
2. Key Concept: Leading Leaders
- How can I integrate coaching skills into my Project Leader toolkit?
- How can I be a better advocate and champion for my project?
- What does it mean to truly own the project?
3.. Key Concept: Leadership Legacy
- To what extent are my projects successful if they don’t leave a lasting impact?
- To what extent do I want to be the Project Manager people ask for by name?
- If my career were to end right now, what is the legacy I’ve left behind?
- If I were to start my career over right now, what would I do differently?
About the presenter
Raoul Encinas is a Managing Partner at PL Coaches, a leadership development firm he co-founded.
His expertise is leading transformative changes for both organizations and individuals. With 20 years of documented achievements, he delivered measurable performance improvements, organizational changes, and large-scale, complex projects for organizations such as the US Government, Hoffman La-Roche, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Whirlpool, and dozens of small and mid-size businesses.
As a member of the Southwest Job Network Board as well as the City of Phoenix Business & Workforce Development Board, Raoul’s volunteer passion is in closing the gap between the needs of businesses and the local workforce. In this capacity, he has trained and coached thousands of individuals. Raoul holds a BS in Business Management – Information Technology from Western Governors University.
