He is practicing Project Management for Organizational Transformation, and help enhancement of competence for advancement in strategic direction. It is an approach of Change Management with leadership drive that creates effective governance & control.

He is President & Principal Consultant of Integrated Management Services, who partners with Business Houses strengthening their endeavors for Organizational Competence Enhancement, with Project Management approach. His strong insights are derived from 40+yrs exposure to challenges in business and profession in positions like: MD & CEO, Project Manager for complex & sizeable projects, and Divisional Manager for Programs Management.

His experience includes business management, organizational leadership, development of high performing team, corporate trainings and participation in task team for research & development of PMI-Standards: OPM3, Portfolio Management Program Management, PM Competency Development Framework, PMBOK-Construction Ext, and Practice Guide for Org Project Management.
