Recent research has found that up one third of Americans are introverts. Unfortunately, many of us have been conditioned to think introverts must change to succeed in the professional world. The person who enjoys a night at home reading a book is sometimes considered a second class citizen to the person who seeks parties. It doesn't have to be that way!

You can be highly successful as an introvert project manager if you learn how to leverage your strengths.
