Dr. Maggie Sizer, is the owner of On Track Coaching, LLC.  Dr. Sizer has over 15 years’ experience working with business professionals and students in career coaching and training. Dr. Sizer most recently has served as a Campus Dean at two proprietary universities. She is an award winning educator and teacher. She was awarded in 2008 for exemplary leadership in higher education by Lead Hampton Roads. She received the Donald R. Stoddard Faculty Award of Excellence, which honors a faculty member’s outstanding teaching skills, superior ability to motivate students, and sincere passion for their profession. She worked in the transportation industry for several years before making the change to education. She served as the Director for the Christian Women in Leadership program at Azusa Pacific University. She is a sought after speaker, seminar leader and presenter. Dr. Sizer holds certifications in Professional Project Management, Life Coaching, and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.
