Overview
Project / program management and change management are distinct practices that work to create and manage change in unique ways. As a project or program manager, you can leverage change management tools to help identify and manage stakeholder challenges.
This presentation focuses on change management concepts and tools to help build awareness to resources available. We will review how the tools can improve the quality and confidence in project schedules, communication management, budgets, and other project management tools. This introduction is intended to also help build awareness to the extensive change management tools available today.
Jeralyn Rittenhouse, P.M.P. is a governance leader and executive advisor, specializing in leading transition / transformation / optimization initiatives for merger, acquisition and divestiture / outsourcing projects. She has managed change in diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, defense, research and development, education, information technology, and infrastructure.
Ms. Rittenhouse was awarded PMI Hawaii Project Manager of the Year Award in 2010, sits on the Emerald Coast Chapter board, and supports the UK Communications team.
