Overview

Although Agile has been used for project planning for a number of years, to date, the majority of research examining its usefulness has been anecdotal, single-case studies, or based on small sample sizes in single-organization or single-industry settings. Through a survey of 1100 projects, presenter Pedro Serrador will discuss findings on whether agile methodologies are more successful than traditional methodologies and I will discuss what aspects of agile lead to that success.
