The Art of Successful Project Management Begins with TQM

Project management is not operations, there are many things that are not routine and to be treated as if it were production. However, that is not entirely true. Often industry and disciplines have certain core routines and processes that are employed to reach the organization's objectives. Those core routines and processes also apply to project management.  

This webinar will demonstrate the use of Total Quality Management tools applied to project management and the PMO. These tools enable better predictions and can help us understand the weak areas of our organization and our project.  Knowing this makes our plan more accurate. Knowing this provides a better understanding of the risks. Knowing this allows us to improve the project and organizational processes. Knowing this enables the organization to constantly improve instead of burning the metaphorical hand on the same hot stove top and wondering why.
