Identifying risks that are not related to the project is a common mistake, leading to incorrect analysis and poor responses. The end result is that risk management is frequently adding more waste and inefficiency instead of helping to increase project success rates. In this webinar, risk management is discussed at the organizational level, at the portfolio level and at the risk level.
