Within life, there is always change. Paradoxically, change is perhaps the one constant. Feedback – seeking it, giving it and receiving it – is one of the most effective tools we have for harnessing and promoting change, so that it is to our benefit. But there is a fundamental problem with all traditional feedback: it focuses on the past, on what has already occurred—not on the infinite variety of opportunities that can happen in the future.

It's tough to give good constructive feedback. But a business lives and dies by how quickly it can adapt and improve. Input (feedback) is the critical piece of the puzzle - one you can't afford to ignore.

Feedforward picks up where feedback is limited —that is, it gives the recipient suggestions for the future. In this session, positive aspects of feedback will be reviewed and we’ll take a deep dive into understanding feedforward.

Do you want top performance and high morale from everyone on the team, as well as unstoppable growth of your company? Well, believe it or not, it all starts right here, with mastering feedback and feedforward.

  • Learn essential tools to effectively give and receive feedback
  • Discover the feedforward concept and how to utilize it everyday.

"This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy."
