This Webinar provides an Introduction to Organizational Change Management (OCM) for Project Managers, with a focus on Communications and Stakeholder Management. Critical Success Factors are reviewed in relation to roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager. Implication of the Triple Constraint are discussed in relation to successful OCM and project success factors. Stakeholder Management is reviewed in relation to Project Issue Management, and a final overview is conducted of key take-aways that have particular relevance to Project Managers.
