Community Guide of the PMI-ACP >Adaptive Planning Ideal Time is the time it takes from a resource to complete a task without any distractions for example: what time takes you without any traffic or problems to drive from home to work? it takes 15 minutes, however in reality it may take 30 minutes depending on traffic and other interruptions. so the Ideal Time in this case is 15 minutes and the Likely time is 30 minutes Please contribute to the community.
