• Tailoring is Selection of appropriate process, tools, inputs, outputs, techniques and lifecycle phase • Tailoring considers projects constraints, governance, culture, Customer Satisfaction • It is done by Project Manager in a collaborative manner • Organizations may tailor Project Management methods to suit them, and additional tailoring guidelines for individual projects
