Risk Burndown Chart is a visual representation of how risks could affect your project completion.

Helps you to forecast how the risks in the project could affect you.

Body

To plot a risk burndown chart, risks are identified (preferably the top 10 ) and their probability or likely hood is calculated in % values. These are then plotted on the Y axis, with Y-axis showing the various intervals these risks are recalculated and plotted. Plotting the risks in this manner over a period of time helps the team in recognizing the trends in risk unveiling and helps to take necessary actions upfront.
