This quality planning process identifies the metrics the Team will use. The Senior Project Director and Quality Manager, in collaboration with the Team Leads and Process Owners, have identified and developed the quality metrics applicable to the Project of developing a telecom application for billing purpose. The metrics, which are based on the quality standards established by the Project Team, will be refined during the different phases of the project, and documented in updates to this Quality Management Plan. The Project Team will use the quality metrics to evaluate whether the project is achieving its goals.
