As much as the video points a sarcastic and political finger at the foibles of what happens when too many jobs leave a country for outsourcing overseas, the joke on all of us is that with the improvements made in technology, almost anyone can be outsourced and, conversely, become an outsource. These advances are quickly empowering all of us to become competitive resources against a worldwide market of individuals who might as well be true neighbors in locality. It’s a scary reality, but no reason to feel the victim.
In each industry’s desire to rise above its competition, service improvement has always been given a high priority. Providing good relations with customers means continued business and better odds at capitalizing on new business. Outsourcing is very popular in CRM practices since it
