Abstract
Knowledge is among the most critical assets of any organization, and its efficient management is even more critical than the knowledge itself. Very few organizations are capable enough to harness it in the most meaningful way and even fewer are able to optimize its usage. This paper aims at discussing about how Company X caters to the client with providence of efficient knowledge transfer and media mining solutions that harness knowledge management principles to improve the effectiveness, innovation, and quality of the solutions provided, and whose direct consequences are applicable to the goals, objectives, and vision of the company itself.

Knowledge is the most critical asset of any organization and is characterized as the cornerstone for all operational activities. In the current era, knowledge is still considered to be power, but the perspective has evolved from the organizational point of view. In order for an organization to grow, the need of storing and utilizing the information in an efficient way is critical.

Knowledge is basically the outcome of the processed information, and after being further manipulated, if an existing pattern is found within the data and information, then it takes the shape of knowledge.
