Have a Say: Revised Draft of the PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct

The PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct is a very important document for our community—all PMI members, volunteers, applicants, and certification holders must apply by the Code. Now that it’s time to update the Code, we need your input.

The PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct Review Task Team invites you—all PMI members, volunteers and individuals who hold a PMI certification—to help. Comment on the exposure draft of the Code here before 12 July 2023 at 5 p.m. ET (you must be logged in to your account).

The Code Review Team developed the revised draft together with community members around the world—they reviewed the Code and considered what could drive change to the Code, including the new realities of today’s business environment and best practices in the field of ethics. All comments will be adjudicated by the Code Review Team.
