I was happy to listen to the panel of authors of the recently published BA/RqM Guide, which you can download at no charge for the next six months . Facilitated by Ellen Gottesdiener, the questions from the engaged audience were very relevant, and the answers from each of the authors were direct and informative.
It became very clear that the guide is for practiioners and offers some excellent advice, tools and templates. If it is anything like the content in the 2nd edition of the book I recently reviewed written by Elizabeth and Rich Larson, two of the Guide's authors (Practioners Guide to Requirements Management), we all have much to gain in the realm of business analysis and requirements management by reading this new guide.
Have a look at it and comment here on projectmanagement.com!
