The question I received was: "How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)? I would prefer in person, but due to the logistics of our jobs here, it is often via webex. Webex is fine if everyone is on camera, in myopinion.
Happy moving. Looking forwardto explore on new projectmanagement.com

"How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?"
For me collaboration is an action that requires trust and respect from all participants. It is personal and if at all possible collaboration should start with in person meetings. Once a bond is created it can be moved to virtual, phone, email, etc.
The question I received was: "How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
I really like using Google Hangouts, because I can actually see everyone as we are talking. This allows me to know what they are feeling.

"How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
Face to Face is definitely my preference followed closely by virtual. Via email only is least preferred.

The question I received was: "How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
I prefer face-to-face communication. You can see the non-verbal cues when you can physically see the person/people you are interacting with.

The Question - How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
In person is always my first choice, but that is not always possible. Virtually and via email are my second choices. The phone is not always a good choice when you have project team members overseas. The connection can be poor and you can't see the body language and facial expressions through the phone.
E-mail is a nice tool because you have a record of what was discussed and agreed upon.

I prefer video conferencing or teleconferencing to travel. Even with the detractors to communication, the offset of dollars can be beneficial to tight programs.

Face to face communication is ideal, but virtual meetings can work just as well given the right supporting technology and a competent audience.

Change is always good.It always one to think outside the Box and avoid stagnation in life.
Very nice way on this migration to a better communication and keeping up with the technology.
The New Website is the way to go.
Congrats !!!!!

I prefer collaborating with team members in person, using email to communicate in between.
Congratulations for the new website !
Good Luck !

Like most people, I prefer in person. There is so much that can get lost in translation over the phone or in email. When I can't speak in person, it depends on the urgency and subject matter. If I need a written record of the conversation and everything is fairly straight-forward then email is great. But if I need a quick answer or it is a complicated topic, then we have to jump on the phone.
Since many of my team members are located across different geographies, I use a mix of all. Emails, Virtual Meetings, Phone. For nearby folks, in person as well.

My question was:
How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
I prefer to collaborate in person. That way I get eye to eye contact and verbal acknowledgement and I know the message is being delivered and received.

Congrats on the new website... looking forward to more to come from this community!
Preferred communication with the team has always been fact-to-fact for me! And then the other methods follow with video conferencing fist (when dealing with global teams).
