Ha! I translated this as, don't get sick, but if you do, you better get your work done anyway... must have had terrible bosses in the past...

I've actually had great bosses for most of my career, and love my project management role. Throughout my career, I always maintained a work/life balance, and often go for a run to help me work through project challenges. I see many people who work long hours, and don't take vacation, and still can't seem to keep up. My plan is to enjoy the journey of life, and not wait for retirement to suddenly start the fun.

I've been independent for the past couple of years now, and specifically take on mostly remote roles lately, so working from wherever is fantastic. I'm definitely with you on your/my type of lifestyle now.

Cheers!

Totally agree, Robert. And you can manage your health by managing client expectations by not being afraid to say "No", politely of course, and with the backing of rational thought.,

Totally Agree, the health first, But for this we need conflicts management and also communication skill, last alternative Forcing (Win-lose; impose the resolution), in my opinion this case stress and risks to health.

Thank you for Sharing
Best Regards

I find the best stress reliever is to actively and positively confront issues.
