It's because I'm right

Group decision making is necessity for teams.
We know that any decision have pros and cons.
Disagreement is a way of learning for many and it can be converted to agreements. Let everyone know your better and agreeable solution.

Robert, I often have a sense, when disagreements erupt, that the situation is being seen from too binary a point of view, and all attempts at injecting nuance are shot down.
My point was definitely not with your haiku. More based on many of the folks I've dealt with who were "right." But later it was discovered that the situation was more complex than they thought.

I was joking! So hard to get across in a Haiku. I learned that nothing is ever as clear as first appears. This is why we have to be real good at catching ourselves, and digging for the root cause before we throw our support one way or the other. Happy Friday!
