This may be a sign of "learned helplessness!". (Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learned_helplessness)

It is the case with few persons in all organisations!

Thanks Prabhaker, I learned something new.
This Haiku is based on a real situation at a previous place of employment. We had a critical project behind schedule, and the developer was late and not responding to emails or phone calls. I walked to his work space, and his chin was comfortably resting on his chest. There may have been drool coming down his face, I didn't stare too long to find out. When I woke him up, he acted like it was perfectly normal to sleep at work. I personally like an occasional nap at times during the day, but I usually do it in my car out of sight of the office.
Good one. Sign of seriousness.

Work sleeping people /
May be working much too hard /
Or playing too hard!

Work sleeping people /
Who are playing way too hard /
Will find themselves fired!

The beatings will continue until morale improves! ;)
PM knows...
...key is emotional mastery.
Thanks Robert !
