My mother told me this same thing when I was little and I still quote it to people today!

I have virtual coffee with my boss very two weeks.

I think the "dull boy" line comes from the movie "The Shining".

"All work, no play, makes Jack a dull boy." It's actually a proverb from the 1600s according to Wikipedia.

Someone added a second line "All play and no work makes Jack merely a toy."

:)

My mother used to quote the first line to me as well.

All work and no play /

For sure makes Jack a dull boy /

Try all play today!

;)
