Maybe... but I often see people in roles, and can't figure out how they got there. Are you familiar with the Peter Principle?
Not really. But now I got your intent and agree on the last sentence "please learn a few".

Peter Principle is that people are promoted to their first level of incompetence. Once promoted, they stay there.
