Rob's comment is right. In some of the cases it is better to come up with new templates.
This will help to bring in new thought process that is in tune with the evolving needs of the current day rather than getting stuck with a template of the past.
Most of the time the standard available temples are usually stale created like years back and undergo very incremental changes only .. No new thought process would have come in ..
Fresh one helps to build your creativity and do some unconventional thinking too..
