Effective Project Manager Checklist

 

Go through each item on this checklist, and total your score. Give yourself one point for each “Yes” answer and no points for any “No” or “Don’t Know” answers. If you score between 13 and 15, you are an excellent project manager, and we salute you. If you score between nine and 12 points, you’re doing okay, but could use some sharpening of skills. If you score below nine points, you’re honest; however, your project management skills are in need of considerable help and training.
