Communications Plan

By

Format: Plan

UPDATED TEMPLATE! Building a communications plan is important to ensure that communications are deliberate, relevant and effective. A communications plan prompts you to consider what audiences your project services and contributes to, and what they most need to know about the project and how it will impact them. It is also a proactive reminder to ensure that stakeholders remain connected and aware of what is going on and what they need to know.

Use this template and the sample matrix (which is prepopulated with examples that you can use as inspiration for your own project-specific actions, and also includes additional fields you can add like sensitive issues and dates) to schedule and assign communication responsibilities.
