Format: Contract

This template will help you put together a definitive and useful Statement of Work, which is an agreement between contractor and customer that specifies what work will be done (based on customer requests), and how and when the work will be done. It is a planning agreement used to start a project or subsequent phase of a project. This template can be used as a framework to describe the work to be done in the project areas of requirements gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation, and it includes detailed directions on how to fill out the review with your own project information. As an added bonus, you get a deliverable review form and a quick, at-a-glance SOW cover sheet. The only place you'll learn more about SOWs is at the Iowa Pork Board.
