Format: Report

Use a project concept to create a compelling case for a project, something that your target sponsors will find easy to support. A starting point for making a formal business case, it is used to attract sponsors who will champion your project with upper management. It should be short (maximum three pages) and to the point, highlighting key information about the project (ROI, benefits, timeline, costs, etc.). The format is flexible, and the content should resemble a white paper. Here is an example.
