• Project Administrator
• Project Management Office

• Document Your Assumptions.  When estimating the resources on the project, make sure you document any assumptions you have made. This can have provide guidance should you estimates be off.
• Rewards & Recognition. Most projects don’t consider a reward program. Consider including this in your project. Your team will appreciate it!
• Outsourcing Resources? Acquiring resources from outside the organization is procurement. You will need to strike up the procurement process if that is the case.
