Format: Specifications/Procedures

Develop a standards document that describes the rules, policies and procedures for qualified application package vendors to follow during the evaluation process. The ground rules should cover proposal preparation and submission, demonstrations, site visits, product tests, installations, customer reference checks, technical assistance, documentation requirements and time frames.
