Stakeholder Relationship Organizer
Format: Evaluation Assessment / Evaluation Form
The stakeholder analysis is a project manager’s personal tool to assist in understanding the stakeholders that you are dealing with on any given project. It is not intended to be shared with others, but rather to provide a framework for you to consider each of your stakeholders, what you need from them and what they need from you. By completing and referencing this template, you will gain an improved understanding of the project from the perspective of each stakeholder. This should not be completed at the start of the project and then ignored; you may need to update and adjust the contents on a regular basis. You may also find that you only want to complete this analysis for major stakeholders, and that’s okay--you can always add more people as you need to.
