Step 1 of this deliverable covers the Process Framework--the highest level of process structure that will be developed. Step 2 covers the Process Structure Framework; this defines the style, templates, etc. for the process. This should generally reflect the standards that are set out by the organization but may need to reflect different standards used by different areas of the organization. Step 3 covers the Process Detail Completion Checklist; this section of the template is a checklist that needs to be completed for each of the entries from Step 1. Step 4 is the Process Finalization Checklist, which ensures that all of the different elements of the overall process come together as a cohesive set of steps that achieve expectations and are capable of integrating with other organizational processes.
