This template helps the owner of a stakeholder relationship to determine the best approach to managing that stakeholder.  This template may not be appropriate for all stakeholders, but should be used for major ones. This strategy should be reviewed regularly as it may need to evolve as the project proceeds and/or the stakeholder’s needs evolve.The Management Approach field are for the team member to establish how they will manage the relationship.
