Process Improvement Plan

The Process Improvement Plan can include a description of processes for improvement; a flowchart of th process, including its inputs, outputs and interfaces; process metrics; and targets and approaches for improvement.  It may also define the tools, processes, policies and procedures that will be used to implement the plan.
