This template pairs with the Project Proposal Idea Template to provide tracking of all of the ideas that are submitted for consideration as potential projects. This template serves as an initial log to ensure that the submitted ideas are captured, but can also track the progress of ideas as they proceed through analysis, business casing and the review and selection process. This template is in Word, but you may wish to create the template in your PPM tool so that you leverage the workflow functionality available there, or in Excel to assist with filtering/sorting.
