This template calculates status and provides warnings based on the data provided. Up to four levels of tasks can be pasted from MS Project, or data can be manually entered using different levels in columns B through E. Work package level data should be in Column E. The template will calculate whether tasks are on time, ahead or behind schedule based on time remaining and percent complete. The template will change the color of tasks based on status and will provide appropriate warnings in column M.
