By

Format: Evaluation Form

The Project Impact Analysis is part of a packet designed to support the evaluating and tracking of a suggested modification to a project's scope. The Project Impact Analysis contains the results of the analysis performed by the Change Business Analyst related to the implications that the change will have on the project and other projects if approved. The packet goes through three phases. The first phase is the "Request" phase, the second phase is the "Impact Analysis" phase and the third phase is the "Approval-Denial" phase. The entire packet is designed to drive the change request process and to become a permanent record of each specific request.
