Format: Schedule

Need help with your project schedule? A Gantt chart is a simple yet effective visual tool to give you a snapshot of all the important elements. Not all project managers have access to Microsoft Project. This template enables the project manager to build one in Microsoft Excel. This Gantt chart provides the project manager and other stakeholders with a pictorial view of the following key components:

  1. Project tasks
  2. Duration of the tasks
  3. Overlap (if any) of tasks
  4. Resources/Teams

Any changes made to the project schedule are automatically reflected in the Gantt chart. In some scenarios, the Gantt chart will have to be adjusted manually based on the steps detailed in the spreadsheet.
