Format: Evaluation Assessment / Evaluation Form

This template will help with planning an activity by giving a method to weight critical paths, with the final goal to calculate contractor delay responsibility by calculated weightings. It uses the following as weighting factors:

• TF [Total float is equal to the late start time minus the early start time (TF = LS – ES)]
• Finish variance from the baseline
• Number of critical path (N° 1 is the most critical)

Included in the download is an Excel file and a procedures file in Word.
