Use this Excel template to create a project plan that covers design, development, testing and delivery dates for each module. The plan will help show how long it should take to complete a task/module/user story (and when it should be completed). In the first two columns, the module and it's related task/user story should be mapped. If the project duration is long, then the week start date should be entered against each month. Then color columns of the task for a period of each estimate.
