The project kickoff is one of the most critical activities on the project. It sets the foundation for the team and for many team members it is there first exposure to the work and perhaps some of the stakeholders. It will also be the first time (and may be one of only a few times for the entire project) when the whole team is together. This worksheet is intended to assist the project manager in preparing for the kickoff so that the meeting is as effective and efficient as possible.
