Announcement for PM4NGO’s Certified Professionals

PMI added some more certifications to the list of certifications administered by APMG-International as follows:

1- Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro Level 1)
2- Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro Level 2)
3- Program Management for Development Professionals (PgMD Pro Level 1)

For those individuals who are certified, you can now add those certifications under your certifications section in your profile.

PM4NGO’s are working on two more certification levels that will be coming up soon (No release date yet):

1- Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro Level 3)
2- Program Management for Development Professionals (PgMD Pro Level 2)

Rami thanks for the updates. But how can one get certified? What are the requirements?, and how different or related are these certifications ( PMD Pro Level 1, PMD Pro Level 2 and PgMD Pro Level 1) from PMP, PgMP, PfMP etc ?
Also what does PM4NGO stand for? Thank you

Those certifications complement PMI’s certificates as they expose you to the development side of project when working with international NGO’s.
