I am sorry for incomplete question. Here I am adding more details below and would really appreciate some practical advice I can follow:
I am a PMO/ Project coordinator/ Project control services professional in IT company. My job consists of supporting project managers, senior managers and leadership with the project activities. I have worked on different areas so far which includes resource management, demand management, project status reporting, change management and problem management.
I want to become a project manager to be able to manage/ deliver the projects from initiation to closure. I am a member of PMO team and now want to become a Project manager myself.
What do you mean "PMO Professional"? What activities are you performing and how did you land the role without having first been a PM as that is the normal route for someone to get into a senior role within a PMO?

Hi Kiron,
I imagine he wants to know what most PMs want to know, how to become a member of a PMO. I'm guessing that with the standard that was released about two months the PMI is answering. I'm talking about the "The Standard for Organizational Project Management". In my opinion, PMI is going to lunch a new certification for PMs interested in becoming a PMO member because honestly there is a little batch about PMOs and the knowledge, tools, and skills that a PMO member should have.
