If you were to have an option to design a perfect dashboard for your project, a dashboard where you can quickly see what matters to you.....what would this dashboard include? Saving Changes...
Dashboard software not only needs to be customizable for different stakeholder/presentation requirements, but it should also allow integration to other project tool.
For IT projects, the Atlassian Jira Software does have options to customize in-built gadgets (sprint health, burndown, etc.) for dashboard display.

Direct labor productivity Factor is a factor that measures the project direct labor performance. It is calculated base on earned value of the direct man-hours. To calculate the productivity factor for any work package firstly you should know the work package progress, then you get the earned man-hours (Budget man-hours x progress). Secondly you get the actual man-hours spent for that work package.
Finally the productivity factor = earned man-hours/ actual man-hours.
If the factor is 1 then the labor productivity is good and vice versa.
