Hello Team,

In a world where cost reduction and doing more with less have become the norm. Companies around the world continue to seek ways of increasing employee productivity while sustaining ever-higher standards for customer satisfaction.
In your opinion would you say that

"All projects can be managed remotely"
"Some project can be managed remotely" Or
"All projects should have a project manager onsite"

Do want to thank you in advance for your time

Projects can be executed in both the ways onsite or remote. I feel, if PM is onsite team will feel more secured. Since we are living in the digital world, this may be possible with remote also.
Pench,

Thank you Sir for your input. Appreciated.

I think when you manage projects remotely PM and team members can lack focus and have trouble staying on task, despite their dedication to the project. But it depends, some projects can be managed remotely.

I agree, projects can be managed remotely, but not all. Especially anything that you need to physically go and see, as in a construction project. That way you can see the progress and understand where the contractors actually are instead of assuming what they are saying is correct.

Though it is totally depends on the size and complexity of the project, I would say "Some project can be managed remotely".

In that case, remote monitoring of that project might be crucial.
