Hi Anupam,
Can try enrol team members/colleagues on workshops on resiliency and mindfulness practice, seek any suitable books to recommend them.

Encourage them to be resilient and stay calm in career and in life.
I have learned self-regulation and control negativity to build on emotional wellness.

I think it is important to acknowledge when you have done wrong, so accept it, and then move on. Mistakes are inevitable, since no one is perfect.
