A recent client told me that they chose me over another candidate because I had more interesting and engaging stories to tell about my project management experience. So, I think it's important to relax, be yourself, be confident, and have interesting success stories to tell.

Great feedback, and absolutely an important aspect of the process. Be yourself - don't sound like a robot.

Like Eric, I was also provided similar feedback. A determining factor was my enthusiasm and passion.

Let the Johanna you want them to know and appreciate shine through! If there are two highly qualified candidates, what will set you apart?
